INGREDIENTS

  • Green Apple (Peeled)
  • 1/2 Banana (Frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 4 Toasted Pecan Nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Oats
  • 3 Ice Cubes

For a creamier, richer smoothie try adding 2 tablespoons of coconut or Greek yogurt.

METHOD
