Chocolate goes really well with ginger so we did a bit of experimenting in the Vebena kitchen and this smoothie turned out absolutely delish! Not to mention it's healthy, vegan and super easy to make. Plus it makes the perfect high-protein post workout treat.
We added some of our Peruvian Cacao & Vanilla Bean Plant Protein a unique plant-based nutritional blend containing proteins, vitamins, key minerals, antioxidants and naturally occurring amino acids, as well as a couple of squares dark chocolate.

- 2 tblsp Peruvian Cacao & Vanilla Bean Plant Protein
- 15g Dark chocolate
- 4 dates
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (thumb size)
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Top with extra grated chocolate.
