When it comes to brekkie and you're in a rush, you basically don't have much choice. It's pretty much a smoothie or nothing! We’re really loving this energy-boosting, high-protein vegan brekkie smoothie at the moment!
Try it out next time you’re in a rush for work or just don’t feel like making breakfast!
- 2 tblsp Peruvian Cacao & Vanilla Bean Plant Protein
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Espresso coffee (30ml)
- 3 tblsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 cup coconut/almond mylk
- Ice (if you like a thicker smoothie)
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Top with your favourite toppings.
