If your diet is already high in fibre, or you're on a juice cleanse, use a juicer for a "cold pressed" style juice.
Makes 1 serving
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 Handful of spinach
- 1 Stick of celery
- 1/2 Small cucumber
- 5 Peppermint leaves
- 1/2 Lime (juice)
- 10 Frozen blueberries
- 5 Frozen raspberries
- 1 Teaspoon of Cleansing Greens (optional)
- Water: as much as necessary to create the your desired consistency.
- For best results, ensure all your fruits and vegetables are refrigerated until cold before starting.
