The chocolate/nut/caramel flavour is always popular so we’ve created a delicious recipe for you to try: a high protein bite of nutty, chocolate deliciousness that includes a good dose of our favourite ingredients. Base

  • 150g almond or hazelnut meal
  • 2 Tbsp Peruvian Cacao & Vanilla Bean Plant Protein
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 100g medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp non-dairy yogurt (coconut is delicious!)
  • Topping
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 100g crunchy peanut butter
  • 100g non-dairy yogurt (we love coconut!)
  • shredded coconut

Method

Make the base by mixing all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and sticky. Press into a tray and refrigerate until firm. To make the topping, mix all ingredients together and spread over the base. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Store in the freezer and serve chilled.
